other media except nero?

can i use anything else along with dvd shrink to burn my dvd or does it have to be Nero. and if i can how do i do this

 

you can use dvd decrypter.
but you must disable the default setting of nero.
DVD SHRINK>EDIT>PREFERENCES>FILE I/O/ UNTICK NERO.
