dvd rip help

    hi, i want to know how to rip my holiday dvd of a boat trip i went on on holiday, i want to rip it and use only small clips of me and my family so i can put that in with the rest of my holiday, i need to rip it into a format so i can edit it in pinnacle studio, please can someone help

    not entirely sure,but i think nero vision express will do the lot.
