I'm desperate... I have tried to ask for help but everyone who trys is telling me to do something else without any direction...please dumb it down. Ok here is my problem: I have tried many time to copy both "The Village" & "Collateral" . First on DVD x copy platinum, didn't work. Than I downloaded anydvd. that didn't help. Then I downloaded DVD encrytor, but the bytes were too many. Then I downloaded DVD shrink, both dvd's rec'd errors. Then I downloaded dvdinfo pro which states I have no media present. I have been told both dvd's can be copied by this forum. Please what am I doing wrong? I appreciate all the help and knowledge, I just running in circles here. Thanks
