I am looking for an expert - who can really help me?

    Is there any takers?

This is the prev thread trail

I am trying to burn my very first DVD - I converted it from MPEG to VOB and is now sitting in my hard drive at around 2.2 gig. When I am following this information from this link:
    http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/burning_dvd_with_nero.cfm

I dont have any .ifo or .BUP files in my TS_Video folder. Where can I get these and how do I apply them in my Nero6

Thank-you for taking the time to read this thread - even if you don't reply.
    Thanks - Jamie

    Dear Herrlip/Jamie,
There are actually many ways to burn to DVD. With Nero, most of the time you can actually burn directly from mpegs or VOBs:
At Nero StartSmart, clik 'DVD', then 'Make your own DVD video', then 'add video files', then select the mpegs or vobs.
You may take a peep under '
all supported video files' to see what kind of files are supported by Nero. Anyway, then click 'next' and follow the lead.
Try to do some experimentation yourself with a RW.
    Good luck!

Nah - when I add the VOB file into the Video folder - I am getting a
pop up box saying internal error - then I get
"Nero has caused an error in KERNEL32.DLL
    Nero will now close
If you continue to experience problems, try restarting your computer.

I ve tried re-booting several times and still get the same error.
Can anyone answer the question that I asked in the first place?
As I am sure the error has something to do with that

    Thanks for your help anyway

Just before I get to the point of burning - I get this:

Required file 'VIDEO_TS.IFO' is not present
    'VIDEO_TS.BUP'is not present
    DVD-Video files compliance test failed
    Then the pop up box

DVD-Video files compliance test failed. The resulting DVD-Video might be
unplayable. Do you want to continue?

I feel this is very important to have these files

    Any Idea's?
