dvd decrypter error message

    when I try to write using decrypter, I receive error message- invalid or unsupported image file format!
    Is there a fix for this problem!

    I don't know if this is your problem, but it can't hurt to check--Under the TOOLS tab on decryptor, make sure you have ticked Write-ISO file
