I just need to combine an .exe to a bootable .iso imaged disk per these instructions at: http://www.killdisk.com/downloadfree.htm

At the bottom of page it says: "different software company) that allows you to alter ISO images.
You could use this software to remove the killdisk.exe file that is in the demo ISO image, and replace it with the killdisk.exe you got from your purchased version. Then you should have a single bootable CD with the purchased version of the software."

Can I just use NERO and drag and drop it to window .iso file is in?
