BURN ERROR

    a friend is having this error message using DVD Decrypter 3.5.1.0 & Shrink 3.2, & Nero 6 it encoded fine, when going to burn it comes to this,
    DVD Copy Unsuccesful
    All video saved

    His computer is a Emachine, with XP

    I have never ran into this, what should he do

    If they are using Nero, it would be helpful to see the error log.

    Have they tried using just Shrink and Decrypter? Decrypter to burn?
