dvdxcx will read ok; but when the writing process starts the software will not finalize. Also the "burning complete" notice does not show. The symton overal is failure to finalize. When support was available all that was needed was to change the file path, reinstal,or shutdown and restart. Strangely ,it has on rare instances burned fine. I have tried various titles to rule out encryptions. I use a toshiba techra -m7 machine .It has never been a prob.. only w/ certain media. I no longer know what to look for. If any one has any ideas let me know. I do use shrink and decrypt. When it works I prefer dvdxcx for decrypting crss. I do not need firmware up grade ,nor force. thanx cwmoon
