for some unknown reason my dvd recorder stopped working today. ive uninstalled and reinstalled the driver (version 6) that came with it. it wont recognise any discs. the draw opens and the light flashes a while but it wont spin up.. its worked perfectly for the last few months but now nothing..any ideas?

actually I haven;t been able to instal the burber at all. I can't find the driver and the driver isn't being recognized from the samsung supplied cd-rom.
well i scrapped it in the end and opted for a sony instead...hey man i killed a dvd burner...nice one
Last month this drive was working find. Now every time I play a DVD using intervideo windvd it stop and go, and also when I tried to burn a CD using roxo easy media creatot 7 it wound not recognized the drive. Please help
