service required. call customer support????

    My xbox has the service required screen with the number 13 on it. How do I fix this problem???

    First,what kind of mod (chip/TSOP/font exploit...etc),the error 13 is just that the bios can't find a dashboard. It could have been that your dash xbe file was named xboxdash.xbe and an xbox live game just overwrote it. You should be able to ftp into your box with a boot disk and rebuild your dashboard that way. Either way,let us know a little more about your xbox.....we're not mind readers.
