I have followed the guides to burn DVD to DVD. I finally got it to work with two problems. One, the DVD turns out pixely and glitchy. Second, the movie plays ok for a couple minutes, but then starts skipping parts. What could be the cause of this. Is it my DVD burner, NERO burning software, or the DVD I am burning to. Any help is appreciated

Did you try it with PowerDVD before burning it?

I tried playing it on my hard drive using WINDVD and it played fine. Even checked the messed up parts after I discovered them and it still played fine
