I am new to the forum and i am getting following message whenever i try to burn a DVD on my PC, i was able to burn lot of them without any problem but from week or two i am unable to burn. Try to put your drive back into DMA mode for one. I am still reading the rest of your log, but this could solve your problem. Heres a guide to help http://home.comcast.net/~bbmayo/DMA.html
I see a few problems. INCD!!!! Get rid of it!! Remove that program from your computer it causes all kinds of conflicts. Try slowing down the burn speed a little. Get that drive back into DMA Mode. If you get rid of INCD and set your drive back on DMA mode you should be alright.
i did all of the above but still had the failure, i noticed even after setting the drive speed to 4x , dvd shrink was using 8x . Can you let me know if i have to set the drive speed in nero or dvd shrink.
@sadhneni You need to make sure you remove the serial from your Nero logs before posting them. We don't want other people using them illegally
Thank you for the response. I have been back in DMA mode. According to the Device Manager, I am always in DMA Mode (have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times after this problem arose). As for InCD, I will uninstall as you suggest, but would that still create the backup problem when I use DVD Decrypter?
