Hey gamerover, I use regular eye glass cleaner for plastic lens and a silk-lint-free rag.I place my finger in the hole,spray it,and wipe it from the inner circle to the outer circle.Do not wipe in a circular,around the disc pattern.Work from inside to outside in a straight line motion. Cleaning your laser lens,some people prefer a hard disc cleaner,some compressed air,or refuse to clean it at all because of bumping the laser.I had a bad experience using a hard disc cleaner on my first dvd player,rca. That player went bad in 6 months. Now I just avoid it and make sure every disc that goes in my dvd rom drive,2 stand alone players,1 home burner, and 2 dvd burner drives are clean and lint-free. Just my opinion and it works for me, Good luck on which route you opt for.
