Change my max write speed for my DVD Burner?

    Is there a program I can get to change the max burn speed from 4x to 2x? I use DVDXCopy apperently I can not chage the write speed through that. Any Ideas?

    DVDXCopy does not have any manual settings to change the write speed, it is dependent on the media used unfortunately.

    Ya. Ditch that crappy burning software and get DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink. Seriously, there is no reason for anybody to spend $60 on burning software when the two great programs are freeware, and are even more powerful.

    yea but they take so long to copy a dvd. Is there a way I can change the max speed on my dvd so it will not burn more than 2x?
