Shrink will not directly open a folder of VOB's, but I think it's the movie that won't allow it to (bourne supremacy) because I haven't had trouble with other movies. How do I create an image file from the folder to directly burn with decrypter?

Rip w/ DVD Decrypter first in ISO mode, then run it through Shrink.

Also insert a still image or still picture for the un-referenced material.

how would I go about ripping with decrypter? The movie was backed up, I lost the original disc so all I have is the Video_ts folder.

You lost the original in a period of around 4 weeks? c'mon let be honest now :)

Did the original backup work? How did you get it to a video_ts file?

Yes, the movie plays. I "backed up" the movie via torrents because I lost my original disc. All that was backed up was the video_ts folder, ~4.4 gb, no need to resize.
(Just trying to be careful not to hint any sort of piracy going on ;) )
