Available Target Not Found

    Hey guys i have a compaq computer with a pioneer DVR-104 dvd r/rw. I wan't aare of the whole firmware stuff and just recently heard about it. Now my firmware is cureently 1.10 and the newest is 1.41. I have tried many sites, including pioneer's and after it finishes downloading and i install it, it says that available target not found.....

    make sure all discs are out of all drives.
