I keep getting writing errors when I'm using DVD X copy express. I am able to read the DVD ok, but when I put a blank dvd in the burner and press start it automatically says Writing Error! This is the first time the software acted like this.. Before I was able to back up my DVDs no problem, but now I can't...I don't know what to do?? can someone help me out?? BTW I'm running Windows XP home edition.. and my DVD burner is a HP external DVD writer (420c)
