DVD by Smart Stream Process

I created a directory. Tabbed to Streaming Processing and hit strat. I than burned the resuting directory to a DVD. I used Nero as I have in the past. When I put the DVD in my DVD player the screen stays blue with no action. The files are as following:

vts_01_INFO.TXT
vts_01.lst
vts_01_0.ifo
vts_01.idx
vts_01.d2v
vts_01_1.vob
vts_01_2.vob
vts_01_3.vob
vts_01_4.vob

Not sure why it is not working.
I did uncheck all langagues except english before I did the start.
