    Is there anyway to get xbox live without a fuckign credit card?

    nope. i'm assuming you're quite young, so you could appply for a debit card (generally you can if you are over 12 - ask your bank) or just ask your parents. In fact, just take their card for registration, and buy the 12 month card every year in a high-street store so that it never turns up on their credit card statement.
