i just got a new dell and my burner is not on the list of supported burners. it is a nec +rw nd-1100a and i wanted to know if anyone has tried this burner and what media was used?
ekingree, you'll need DVD+R or DVD+RW if you want to rewrite your Disc. These media costs more than DVD-R. Also, some old home dvd players cannot read DVD+R. Check with your home dvd player if it can reads DVD+R
