My uncle has a dell computer it is fairly new and he has trouble with his cd rom drive. The drive keeps ejecting and then it stays open. His brother in law who know about computers put in a new drive and the same thing happend and then he puts in a new mother board lol. I would love to know some reasons why this is happening. thanks in advace.
no, the virus was made to cause the tray to pop out as tho for a popcan holder. that is how you supposedly found out you were infected was when tray popped out on it's own. what the virus is called i don't remember but remembered the symptons
