Someone help me with this !!!!!

K guys...i have this movie and i wrote a sub for it.I tried re-encoding with subtitle but the audio isnt synced and video quality aint too good.I tried many compression methods and none worked....now all i want is to copy the movie on disc as it is + subtitle and of course i want it to work in a home dvd player.Do Ya know any programs which do that?
