OK I have been reading so much about xbox chips and i don't know what to do.Let me start off by saying i want a realiable chip that will let me burn games off the Internet...out onto a cd andplay in the xbox...i also want to be able to play xbox live and i want one that i Can put a cool dashboard on...eg XBMC P.s ( im not a nerd or anything so i only know the basic's about computers so i dont know how to make my own programs) Some people say the Xenium ICE chip is not worth the money but others say that its the best chip out there.Some people say it never breaks. I also heard with the Ice chip you CANT put a new dashboard in it cuz it already has one.... Someone told me i should just get the Xenium CE cuz its the best chip out there and its only like 10 bucks more.... The ice doesn't come with the rebuilder but is that a big deal?

you only need a cheapmod-style chip for a 1.6 and you'll need more soldering skill than you would for an older xbox too
Xenium Ice is the best chip It is the easiest chip to install it has the best features Has its own OS And you can install any dash you want Xenium ICE also will have the solderless 1.0-1.6 shortly. no need for soldering or for the rebuild board
