When I use DVD Shrink to rip the movie to my hard drive, during the process I get a message that says, request could not be performed because of an I/O device error. I have 2 computers and it happens on both of them. I tried the same movie on a friends and the movie copied perfectly. So it is not the movie but something my computer have that's stopping it.
