I have M2V and WAV...Now what?

I ripped my DVD to a separate M2V and AC3 file, converted my AC3 file to WAV. Now I need to know what's next to burn it to my DVD-R.

I have DVDit 2.5 PE and Spruce. I tried burning the DVD with both apps and the video played too fast and it was out-of-sync. Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong? How do I slow down my MPEG/M2V?
