I just bought my mod chip from there. It arrived about a week ago. Depending on where you live it could take some time to receive your package.
I think it wont take as long. From what I can remember one of there offices was based in Canada. I think the reason it takes a little longer to enter into the United States is because it has to go through customs and all that.
did you pay with cash on devivery?... where in canada and what did you order?....did they send you a confirm e mail
Well I'm in the USA and let me tell you if you get your chip "BEFORE" you crack open the case make sure you have all the parts in the kit. I had everything except the Alt 5V wire for my 1.6. Now they didn't hesitate to take the money from my account, it took a week to get the chip and I wrote them about the missing wire and I'm still waiting now for a week, no response to my e-mail. I'd recommend you try some other company and avoid these guys like the flu!
Currently, this is the only place I found that take pre-order of Xenium SPICE. I placed an order the other day. Just wait patiently.
