My Program Freeze

    It had no problem installing, but when I go to use the program, it does not respond for the simple & advance button. I'm running Micro Win XP ver 2002 service pak 2, I have the platinum edition. Only thing I add to my computers are the micro updates which I have on automatic, I'm wondering could one of the update cause my problem?

    Simply and Advanced Button is DVDxCopy Platinum.

    I figured it was Xcopy but Dee001 never mentioned what program it was they were having the problem with.
