i deleted some rar files in newsleecher and i want em back ..how? and i have looked back at where i downloaded it and some are no more there....but i have a funy icon there on some of the ones i have downloaded before. so anyone have any suggestions how to recover the rar files? please ...( i checked recycling bin) any temp folder u know where i can look?

well i was on irc and some guy told me that its the isp news prvider that filters out 4-5 day old post .... so i might have a chance to download the post again if anyone knows how to change this filter ..either on bellsouth or newsleecher.....please help
