downloaded media takes forever to burn

    i have nero 6.6 to burn dvds with and was wondering if there is a way to speed up downloaded media burn times it takes me about 11-15 minutes to copy a dvd from another disc but burning downloaded media to a disk takes 4 5 or 6 hours can someone help

    what format are the downloaded files?

    theyre mpg mpeg asf and so on i have a few of them all
