I see a lot of post with Mini DVD-R Media that don't work. Thought it might be useful to at least me for some of you peeps to post whoch one's do work for you. I am about to start burning but don't want to waste my money on ones that don't work. D
Ok, until now for me only worked: Panasonic Mini-DVD-R, Product ID LM-RK30JE so far... On an UNTWEAKED GC Laser. I also tried Sony Handycam DVD-R, which didn't work. The Panasonics come in a Round Holder which is for Camcorders with such a Holder. You can take them out of it and put it in your DVD-RW drive as usual. The Media ID of them is 'MXL RG01', according to cdrecord-prodvd. I had to reboot the GC a couple of times till Rogue Leader NTSC worked, though. RE4 NTSC worked fine, but the disc came out of sync after an hour playing.... I got them from mediamarkt in Germany. I ordered a bunch of Ritek G04's though. It's said they work 100 % on an untweaked laser.....
