unfinalized DVD-R recording

    not sure if it is a software or hardware issue, but if I have an unfinalized recording on a disk created by my panasonic e55 dvd recorder and it is not finalized, is their anyway to read or play it on my computer?

     ... As far as I know, the only unfinalized disc type that'll play on a computer is a DVD+RW ... I believe that the only types that Panasonic will produce is DVD -R, -RW and RAM all of which need to be finalized to play on a computer ...

    It is possible to read the files of an unfinalized DVD-R using IsoBuster.
