I have been using dvd shrink for about 8 months now and have never had a problem. Recently though it will compress the disc which will allow me to burn it to a blank disk but it won't work in my player (it worked in this player previously. I get a message that says "unknown data". I have also tried other players (4)and get the same message. I even tried 3 other computers and have the same problems. It will however play in my computer. They only item that I can think of that has changed is that all of these computers are using Windows XP with SP1. Can anyone help me. Kevin
