    Hi

I installed Dvd Shrink and managed to copy 2 dvds but now it seems to have stopped working! It suddenly started taking ages to encode the movies and then during burning (with nero) it crashes at the 21/22% done stage. I dont think theres any problem with nero as i have done cd's on it since the problems occurred.
Can anyone help me out as im gonna throw my pc down the stairs...

    Thanks.

    hi

have you installed or changed anything since you did the 2 working backups?

try uninstalling all apps then reboot and install again!

did you change dvdr type since the 2 good burns?

Im sorry for being a girl who knows nothing about computers... but what exactly do i need to uninstall? The only thing i have changed is that i originally had dvd x copy but that didnt work either so i uninstalled it whilst shriunk was already installed. Does this affect it?

OK a few questions for ya emmab,
    1. Is it just one movie doing this? have you tried others (maybe one you know already worked)
    2. What are your PC specs? CPU/RAM/Oper System
    3. What is the name of the movie you are trying?
    4. What else on your PC is running while using Shrink?
