adaptec ASPI

    hi,

    i use nero 5.4
    do i want or need to install the "adaptec ASPI" update in my win98SE machine?

    hey,
    sorry i wasn't really clear on what i am asking.
    i use nero without many problems that i know of, i am very new to this. new to burning, and talking about it. i saw the update for the adaptec ASPI and didn't know if it was something that i might want to keep current. i like keeping things updated if i can. i didn't know if the adaptec ASPI was something that is program specific to adaptec burning software or is it something that is in the win98SE i am using. i wanted to know if it would conflict with the nero if i udated the adaptec ASPI. hope this clears up my question. if not, let me know and i will try again. thanks,
