Eurovox Max problem

No, your problem has not been forgotten, I have heard on good authority that a fix is close to being released.

 

could be time to change batteries maybe? not familiar with that remote, point the remote at a camera phone or digital camera and press a few buttons, you should see the light flashing on the screen of camera if its working?

Tried all rubbing all the buttons but the lock led is still green, and nothing is working.

 

Have you tried the camer trick to check the remote, in axxxo's post above.

 

dont think its the remote at all, sorry i thought there was a lock light on the remote, i would say your best bet is to do a factory reset to try and remove the lock light from the eurovox

 

further to (malci) comment anybody else heard of the new release in pipe line

 

ive read about it too but they wont release it until they are fully confident it will work 100%

 

Hi axxxo, when he say's lock light, he means that the box is stuck to the ON position, that's what the lock light is, turns to Red in standby, so it must be a problem with the remote, but may be wrong????

could always borrow one if you knew someone else that has the same and try that, youve tried changing batteries an all that?

Patience sasha, the good one's are going to come across with it when ready and proven, I know it's been a frustrating time for you CH***S user's, but it has been a bit of a roller-coaster ride for the last couple of weeks for everyone and they pulled us through as usual.

 

my mate lives in west mids and on vi***n M***a do you think when they sort codes out it will be for all providers p.s sorry to be a pain in the a**
