having trouble burning dvd and getting audio to copy

    Having trouble copying a dvd movie. i get the video to come out perfect, but there is no sound. this is my first time burning. can anyone help

    sorry, forgot that info
    the software i'm using is dvdxcopy platium the burner is a benQ and my pc is a P4 with win xp
