   I am using 1click. I downloaded the trial version and had no problems.
   
   Now, I purchased it and it doesn't work. I downloaded DVD43Free to decrypt. When I put in my dvd to burn everything stops working and I get an error message Media not found. Please insert a writable media...
   
   What am I doing wrong. Do I need to download any other software?

   I'm not at all familiar with 1 Click DVD Copy but do have a couple general suggestions. One would be to try Slysoft's AnyDVD - it's similar to DVD43 but much better. I also found a support forum for 1 Click so you may want to cruise that and see if your problem is covered there
