I don't know what else to try. I have tried Shrink w/Nero. And Anydvd w/ Clonedvd. The same thing happens just at different times. They get to the burning part and the program freezes, becomes unresponsive. Clonedvd gets to 100% but never moves on to the window that says writing to video media was succesful. I had sucess backing up 1 video. My sons Spongebob movie. Since then nothing but problems. I have searched for answers, read the guides including scubas(thank you),bbmayo(thanks too),and others. I am using a Sony Dual layer DRX-710ul external burner with my Toshiba satellite laptop. The burner is brand new, just opened 2 days ago. Someone please, please, please, help me!!!
