   im trying to burn a movie, everything comes out perfect but then like 5 seconds into burning i get a failed at the bottom and on top where the time you started comes out it says communication. i dunno what that means, i got windows xp, i already unistalled the dvd burner but it just doesnt work. please help thanks.
