I haven't had that problem with CloneDVD2, but you can do this to try to resolve your probem.

    -Start your computer
-Continue to hit the "F8" key
    -Select start in safe mode
-When you are in Windows go to add remove programs
-Remove CloneDVD2 or any other proggys that might be causing the problem
-Restart your computer and cross your fingers :)

Before you do a format and reload try this.. Go into your registry C:\Windows\Regedit.exe and do a search "Ctrl and F" for clone. Then delete anything that comes up and reboot. It can't hurt if that doesnt work you may need to format and reload windows. Seeing how you have 2 drives just move anything of important's to the other drive first so you don't lose anything :)

AnyDVD could be the problem more so than CloneDVD2 because it actually starts up when you boot your system I would try uninstalling that first..

You said you upgraded both right? This is when your problems started so it can't hurt to remove them both.

If you have tried everything suggested then you may have to format and reload..
