ilo DVD RECORDER

    Hi,
    I hooked my ilo DVD Recorder to my TV so I could record some of my favorite TV Shows before they go off air and I am having a problem figuring out how to remove commercials & Edit my Recorded DVD's if you could help please let me know Thanks, John

    John0406 Do you have the HD04 model or the one with out the HDD?

    only thing i see on the box is DVDR04 i got it at
    Wal Mart for 138.00 ? I don't know if that helps any I can't figure out how to delete the commercials.

    If I remember right and there is one person on here that is going to know for sure his name is Gtrman but since your burning right to the DVD with that model there isn't any way to delete the comercials. Before the DVD is finalized you might be able to go in and hide the chapter marks and then they wouldn't play. But for that to work I think you would have to be watching the program your recording and you would have to insert chapter marks right at the begining of the comercial break and then right after.
