CDR works CDRW dosn't

    I back up my FP2000 Web-Site with Nero-6 on CDR disks and my laptop running Win 98 will read the disk OK but the same files burnt on CDRW can not be read. I am burning the CD's and not using Drag & Drop. Could I have somthing set wrong when burning the CD's. Any help would be appreciated. Vic.

    Probably just a compatibility problem (not uncommon). Changing the media might help. You may also consult the manufacturer of the burner to see what brands are supported.

    Tried 3-different Brands (all the same) Works with any brand of CDR (And I tried some really cheap one's) and none of the CDRW's Vic.
