Need Help!

    I installed a xenium ice solderless w/SP Adapter. I hooked it all up. All the LED lights came up on the adapter. When I insert the chip, the light on the chip is lite red. My LED on the front of the XBOX Flashes green and red and then stays orange. What did I do wrong?

    I forgot to mention, it is a 1.6 Motherboard and I used the 1.6 Installation manual.

    the chip is not sitting properly...triple check the install work you did.
