Can you help me fix my xbox?

Whenever I turn on my xbox, and insert a game, it screws and the close/open button starts flashing red and green. Then there is a screen saying 'your xbox needs customer service' but i dont want microsoft's help. Is there anyway my xbox can be fixed? I aprreciate the help, aight. PLease reply as soon as possible.

I know someone great who can fix/mod any xbox, he modded mine with a chip and 200gig hdd fully loaded and he also can fix any kind of xbox v1.0-1.6 he is located about 45mins outside toronto, if you want i can get you in contact with him and you can talk to him about a possible fix.

the first question that should've been asked-"is you xbox modded?" if so with what method?
