After reading through dozens of posts, i'm left with a question about xvid files that have mp3 sound. Using AVIcodec I find my movie has an MP3 audio layer. I burnt a movie using DVD santa, (because i couldn't find any answers about MP3 audio) worked great accept a small sound problem. I get sound through the TV, but none through the theater system. Now i did try all the setting on the amp but still no sound accept from the tv. I guess the question is, what did i do wrong, and if the xvid doesn't have the AC3 audio format, what can be done with the MP3, such as extracting, converting, or whatever. I guess i'm looking for options with MP3 audio.
