Whenver I use VirtualDubMod to try create an AC3 audio from my AVI, I always get an MP3 file in the end, instead of the AC3 audio needed. I am not sure what the problem is. I would appreciate any help that would be given. Thanks in advance.
To my Knowledge VirtualDubMod cannot encode to AC3, If the original AVI file already has AC3 sound then its a simple matter of demuxing the audio. otherwise you'lll need to use BeSweet or TMPGEnc AC3 Plugin to encode audio to AC3 format.
