Havent tried the latest Sportster myself as I too prefer Commando. 2x images can be used for all two chip boxes all Nokias are 2X, whereas Sagems come in 1x and 2x, hence some images differ dependent on the amount of ICs.

If you are having problems try another image, Blade Quad is quite good.

you need the Eurovox fix for the signal issue here, if you pm me I can send you a copy of the file . You will need a null model cable to flash the box.

Hey people. I have a problem and i am wondering if any of you guys can advise me. I have been given a Nokia Dbox2 to reflash. I have reflashed it with Blade Quad 2x and Commando 9.25 2x. No matter what image i use i can only receive S*y Sports 1 and 3. It receives no other channels including FTA stuff like bbc1 and the likes.
I have replaced the BFG94 chip in the tuner and it still makes no difference.

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction with this either to fix it or confirm to me that the box is toast.

Keep up the awesome work on here guys, you ROCK!!!!!!!

    Hi, am a newwbie here.

I have a DBox2 with an old sportster image, I have been updating my keys using the cc toolbar. I am in C&W area (Barnet, London), there was a roll of 00 key this morning. I updated the keys and everything was fine. After a few hours all the non-basic channels were lost. No key update has been posted using the toolbar.

Am I alone in having this problem?

Do I need to flash a new image?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hey guys, I have a dbox2 and recently I tried to change the codes, cuz v'gin did a rollover of them. I put the 00&01 codes after editing the txtfiles, but the 00 codes do not get saved while the 01 codes do. Any idea what could be causing this problem? Is this an image issue or the hardware problem or something else? I am sportser Ultra and no channels than the 5 can be viewed. Please help me!!

sc0user (and anyone else who knows) - Been checking out you Eamos, but need a bit of help. I used to have a flashing program, but can't find it on my hard drive. I thought I found it on your Eamos, but it's in German, so am stuck. The one I used to have was pretty easy, just load the image and press a button. Can you give me a little advice on this?

Also, is there any way to check what type of box you have without opening it up? I can't remember what our boxes are, it's been ages since I had to flash them.

After some more searching (all night, I really should be in bed by now) I managed to find IFA and downloaded an image as well - thanks to sc0user's Eamos - but I'm still having problems. Everytime I try to flash the box, I get an error on my laptop - Windows cannot find file DBox_boot.exe. Does anyone know what this is?

Are you using DHCP or a static IP address? What image are you using and what box do you have, Nokia or Sagem?

I disconnected the laptop from the internet, changed everything to static as you explained in the word doc you have. Box is a Sagem, 2 chip, and I was trying to put the Sportster image you have. But this error was on Windows, before I even got to turn the Dbox on.

Anyways, hopefully should be ok, my mate who originally got the boxes for me and my dad is gonna flash them tonight with Laky, hopefully that should be alright. If not, I'll be back here just after 8pm
