help : Won`t madcatz do the 007 softflash/exploit

Hi again m8s

i finally got some of the things i thought i required
to get this 007 agent under fire (.zip folder of saves)
to a memory card .

what i got is the madcatz/gameshark version of action replay .

i`ve read the manual through & still cant figure how in heck i get files( in particular the 007 .zip) file from my pc to the mem card with this madcatz program .

It doesnt seem to be an option .

Is this just a program to download only their saves , that come packed with the program , & the ones i can
download from their site directly into the program ?

If so i just wasted money , being cheap , as AR
version is $30.00 + dollars more , not so bad if their
mem card was useful in this exploit , as i`ve learned from some members here , in another thread , that i
need the real deal M$ mem card to pull this exploit off
as AR ( esp newer ones) mem card corrupts files / & doesnt support alot of games i heard .

Do i need to take this madcatz back to Best buy , &
my cheap ass fork out over $ 40.00 for action replay ,
then invest another $ 40.00 in a real M$ mem card .

i hope i`m just missing something .
