I followed the steps that Rotary recommended. Thank you, but the DVD still fails to start. I'll try to geive you guys as much information as I can. Though I am not as well aclimated to a computer as I would like to be, I know the difference between MB and GB. I defrag regularly; as a matter of fact, I just formatted my harddrive and ran my recovery program. I am using a Sony Vaio, RS530G. I had no problems when I used the three free programs for 1 Click DVD Copy. I began to encounter problems after activation. When I press the 'START' BUTTON, I get the following message: "You do not have 4 MB of free space on any of your hard disks. Please remove some files and try again." I use Real Play and Windows Media. I get stopped at the START button irregardless of the media I am attempting to use. I last defragged on03/25/2005. I hope that I have prodived the information that you need in order to help me alleviate this problem. Again, I certainly do appreciate your help.
