how 2 connect multiple writers

    i just got the a05 and want to keep my cdr writer installed now i have

    win98
    2 hard drives
    dvd rom drive
    cd burner

    i have no more ide connection, how can i hook up my dvd burner and keep the other to rom drives installed without buying another motherboard. is there something i can buy to connect all three?

    your ide cable should have the second plug for the second drive.
    If it doesnt you can get an ide controller card which will plug into a pci slot and enable the running of more ide cables

    You can put a raid card in to controll your hard drives, then put your cd-rom drives onto the ide
